9 Month Old Photo

I went with Alisson today to have Tyler's 9 month old picture taken.  It was so difficult to choose which photo we liked best.  He is so photogenic and smiles with his eyes.  I have already hung up this new 8x10 picture on our family portrait wall in the hallway.   He is just too cute and sweet!!!  I am waiting for a 5x7 and a couple wallets.  As I always say, "Grammie loves you Tyler."

Precious Little One

Just another cute picture of Caden Zachary.  I love him sooo much.

Time With the Little Boys

Our mornings last week started with the boys having breakfast.  Tyler had his baby cereal with fruit and Evan always wanted Rice Krispies---- he ate 3 bowls each morning.  I had Pappy get the high chair down again from the attic.  As I told some friends, it probably does not meet current safety standards, however, I am always right there with Tyler.  Evan is watching Sesame Street on the TV in our kitchen.
 Cute Tyler just playing.
Last week, each morning I got to have Evan and Tyler at my house while their Mommy taught VBS.  I had so much fun with the boys.  We did the pool 2 days and just played the other days.  They are so easy to take care of and way too cute.  I feel so lucky and blessed to live so close to 4/5 of my grandchildren.  I love when Tyler smiles at me.

The Four Generations

Four very special men in our family.

Caden Is Five Months Old

We were so glad that we could visit Caden, Zach and Laurie again for a few days.  I love how precious Caden looks when he is sleeping.  He really likes his little yellow ducky blankie.
Caden is five months old and is continuing to show development and strength.  We are so thankful to God for Caden's progress.
 Just another cute picture.
A beautiful family!!!  We cherish the times we can share with them.
Caden is so special to his Grammie and Pappy.

Fun With Caden

Grammie playing with Caden and doing exercises to cross his midline.
Caden really likes the game Stretch it out and then give yourself a hug.  Another activity to have him cross the midline and make those brain connections so important at this early age.
Caden is wearing his Cleveland Indians outfit which his Pappy was happy to see.  Caden is just independently playing and he loves the teething toy that Great-Aunt Bon and Great-Uncle Charlie gave him.

Caden Meets His Great-Grandparents

Great-Grandpa playing with his great-grandson Caden for the first time.
Caden is really checking out his Great-Grandma.
Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa were so tickled to meet Caden and spend a few days with him.

TWO BGSU FANS

Both Caden and his Daddy are BGSU fans.  GO FALCONS!!!!!

Two of My Little Guys

What fun I had playing outside with Tyler and Evan today!!!
I just love his blue eyes!!!
 Evan so loves his cookies.
Evan looks like a big boy in this photo.  He talks so well and is so coordinated that it makes him seem older than he really is.

Tyler and Mama

Since Evan calls Alisson "Mama" , I guess that will be Tyler's name for her.  Here is Tyler wearing his cute Fourth of July star shirt.  Mama looks so happy as she is!!!!

Big Boy Caden

Caden is looking stronger by the week.  We are so thankful to God for his continued progress and development.  I am getting excited to see grandson Caden again.  Get ready Caden.... Grammie and Pappy G are coming to see you.

Fourth of July Fun

We had our annual Neighborhood Block party on Sunday.  Alisson and family came, too.  Granddaughter stayed with us for a few hours after her Mom and Dad took the little ones home for naptime.  She is such a sweetheart and is so full of love.
My first attempt at making bakery like cupcakes for the Block Party.  I used my Pampered Chef decorating tools to do the frosting just like D. C. Cupcakes do on TV.  I made two dozen cupcakes and sprinkled them with edible red and blue glitter.  I thought kids would like them and they did!!!!
Gerry (aka Pappy G) and I went to the zoo today to see the baby elephant Lucas.  He is one month old.
The zoo was not very crowded on the Fourth of July so I could stay and watch Lucas and his Mommy for a long time.
 Lucas is just too cute.
The gorillas are a favorite to see, too.
I told Gerry I was going to say "Which one is the gorilla (monkey)?"  Ha! Ha!  We had a wonderful time at the zoo.

Evan Singing

Here is sweet Evan singing "Little Rabbit Foo Foo" as he is eating his cheese puffs.  He already had a cookie for a snack but asked for cheese puffs, too.  I showed him Cheez-It crackers and he said, "No, I do not like those."  He knows what he wants.

Two Little Grandsons With Me

I got to have Evan and Tyler with me for a few hours on Friday.  Evan is all boy and has a mind of his own.  I asked him to smile cute and keep his eyes open.
Tyler is on the move.  Here is beginning to roll over to get Evan's red race car.  He is getting into everything that he can get to.
Tyler is scooting forward to move and get into things these days.   I skyped with Aunt Bon and Tyler kept moving to touch the laptop on the floor.  I had to keep moving it.   He is our smiley guy.
Tyler showing how he scoots forward using his arms.  It won't be long and he will be crawling all over the place.  Such a happy boy!!!
