Family Breakfast

Since Zach and Laurie were leaving today, our family had breakfast today at Cafe Marie's in Perrysburg. It was a wonderful time together. We were there from 10:30 to 11:45am. Grammie was a little disaapointed that Evan slept in his carseat the whole time. (Everyone else was delighted that he slept). He, also, slept through opening presents this year. Oh, well, get ready family, next year will be different with a one year old at Christmas 2009!!!

Thank you for the wonderful family times we had these past several days.. We, also,give thanks and praise to you for this wonderful litlle baby, Evan. Continue to protect him and wrap him and his family in your loving arms.

Evan Meets the Michigan "K"s

We had a fun time with Evan at our house Sunday evening for a few hours. He ate, slept, played, and needed two dirty diaper changes. I just had to take this angelic picture of him. He is precious. When Evan is asleep, he looks just like Zach and Alisson as a baby.

Evan was so interested in the colored lights on our Christmas tree. As you can see, he is really focused on the lights. It is so neat to see the new things he discovers-- sometimes on a daily basis.

Evan is Ready for Christmas

This is Evan at 2 1/2 weeks old. He was visiting at our house after a long weekend celebrating Christmas with all of his Daddy's family. I just had to take a picture in this cute outfit. We are so looking forward to Christmas this year. We will have everyone at our home on December 28th. Thank you Dear Heavenly Father.

Evan is Growing

On Friday, December 12th, Evan had his two-week check-up. He was vey alert for the doctor. Evan weighs 8 lbs. and is 21 3/4 inches long. He is doing just fine!!! Praise God!!!!!

They Are Home!!!!

Mommy Alisson, Daddy Terence, and baby Evan all came home on Thanksgiving Day around 3:30pm. We will all get together for our Thanksgiving dinner today, Friday, Nov. 28th. Evan's Uncle Zach, Aunt Laurie, Great-Aunt Bonnie, Great-Uncle Charlie, Grammie, Pappy G, Great-Grandma & Great-Grandpa K will all be here to welcome little Evan to his crazy family. Each day we thank our Dear Heavenly Father for this precious gift and his grace and love shown to us.

Evan Michael was born Tuesday, November 25th at 8:27pm in Toledo Hospital. He weighed 6 lbs. 8oz. and was 21 inches long. He is a real cutie!!!!!!

November 22 Alisson's Due Date

Today is Alisson's due date. Nothing has changed. The baby is doing fine. He must be too comfy and does not want to leave the cozy place he is in. This morning Mackenzie told baby Evan to come out. Alisson has another doctor's appointment on Tuesday, November 25th. If Alisson does not go into labor before Friday, November 28th, she will be induced late in the evening on the 28th. Hopefully, we will still be able to have our family Thanksgiving at noon on Friday.

Sweet Dreams Little One

This is the bassinet that Aunt Bon and Uncle Charlie gave to Zach to sleep in. Mommy Alisson slept in it, too. Grammie had this bassinet redone for Baby Evan . We hope he has sweet dreams sleeping in it. We love you little one already!!!!

We Are Waiting

We are all "patiently" awaiting the arrival of Baby Evan . Mommy Alisson's due date is November 22, 2008, however, she is READY!!! We pray that our grandchild is healthy and strong and we thank God for this very special gift.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We ask that you will protect Alisson and baby during these last days of pregnancy. Please have Alisson's delivery be without complications. We pray that our baby is born healthy and strong and that he feels Your Love with him. Thank you for blessing Alisson and Terence with this little one.
