Kori at Brianna's Birthday Party in Massillon

At the start of the party, the children made monsters using Rice Krispie treats and lot of candy items to decorate their monsters.
Here is Kori playing stick the eye on the monster.
Bri's mom Libby was so brave to have the kids make monster slime with glue, water, Borax and monster eyes and glitter.  They loved it.
The kiddos waiting to light the candles on Brianna's monster cake.
We took Kori with us to attend the 8th birthday party for our great-niece, Brianna.  Kori and Brianna have become close cousins.  The party had a Monster Mash theme.  Libby, our niece and Bri's mom, made this monster cake.  What a fun day!!!

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,
We are so thankful for the many blessings you have given to us.  Our grandchildren are those precious gifts you have given to us. We come to you to ask that you continue to put your loving arms around Laurie and baby.  We ask for Baby K's continued growth and development.  We pray for the delivery to be without complications and Baby K to be born healthy and strong.  Allow us  to be patient for his arrival.
In Jesus' Name we pray.... AMEN

Tyler's Sleepover

Friday night was Tyler's first sleepover at our house.  It is the first time he slept in the crib.  Other times when he is here, I just love holding Tyler while he sleeps.  He slept so well.  I put him in the crib at 7:30pm and he woke up at 6:30am.  I could not have asked for an easier time. As you can see in the photo, Tyler likes his arms out when he is swaddled.

Fun Sleepover With Tyler and Evan

Evan and Pappy had a great time building with blocks while baby Tyler just hung out watching. We so enjoyed having the boys overnight.

Evan Eats His Cookie

Here is our precious Evan enjoying his snowman cookie as a bedtime treat.

Evan Likes His Cookies

Evan and Tyler spent the night with us last night.  This video shows how excited Evan gets when he can have a snowman frosted sugar cookie.  He had his choice of a mitten or a snowman.  He definitely wanted the snowman.  Too cute!!

New Year's Day

We got to have some Grammie and Pappy G time with baby Tyler and Evan this afternoon. Their Daddy with some friends did the Polar Bear Plunge and jumped into the Maumee River. We had such fun with the boys. Tyler fell asleep in my arms while I rocked him. He slept for an hour in my arms. We gave both boys a bath. We told Evan it was his Polar Bear Plunge. Tyler looked so cute in his Happy New Year outfit. Evan was in his glory having his two favorite foods at Grammie and Pappy's house... cheese puffs and cookie. On a side note, Evan wore his Thomas the Tank Engine undies and told us two times that he had to go potty. The M & M's are a great motivator and reward for Evan. I know I have said this before, but, being grandparents is sooooooooooooo much fun!!!!!!!!!!
