Here are Evan's Aunt Laurieand Uncle Zach before the triathlon and after the triathlon. Can you tell which photo is which??? Zach swam 250 meters, rode 14 miles and ran 3.1 miles in the North Carolina heat and humidity. I know Evan will clap and say "Wow" when he sees his Uncle Zach.

I'm a proud mom of runners too!! (friends of the Pappases) One son is a cross country HS coach, and all 3 of our kids are runners so I know what hard work it is! Congrats to Zach! AND what a BEAUTIFUL picture of Laurie!!!
Sounds like Zach did a great job!! And how nice that you were able to be there to support him!
